Flaky skin under makeup
What can I use to help get rid of flaky skin under my eyebrows and on my nose? I use a primer all the time but it’s like when I start blending, I notice that my skin looks flaky and dry. It’s so annoying and I don’t like wearing any foundation because of it. Please help
