i have a serious toothache and can’t afford the dentist

So for the past 3 days I’ve had an awful toothache, I think it’s an abscess from brushing a cavity too hard and I’m now convinced I have gum disease. I just broke down! I can’t take this pain anymore.

I’m so scared of needles and dentists, I’m actually traumatised because I have been treated twice when I was younger - the pain of the needle is honestly too much for me since I’m already scared but I would do anything to see a dentist right now.

ive rung them and they said I would have to pay the costs but I’m so broke. I don’t have anything at all. I start university next week and will get paid then but until then I will be in extreme pain. I’m crying all the times, I can’t eat, I had another sleepless night . The doctor said I’ve exceeded the amount of paracetamol. I’ve done clove oil, salt water rinse and anything you can imagine but nothing is working. Painkillers are not doing it either.

I don’t know what to do. Apparently the costs are around £30 and my mum will not give me any money as she is having issues of her own.

I’m desperate, in so much pain and it’s sick to say but I would rather die right now.

I’ve asked everywhere in my city- they all said I have to pay today but it’s not an option for me. I will only get paid my student loan next Wednesday. I’m completely broke. Not a cent to my name.

Unfortunately, I have run out of options and all I can do is cry.
