Keto is life changing!

I first started keto a year ago after having my second child. I had ballooned up to 265 lbs. I was miserable and some days I wouldn’t look in the mirror. Thank goodness I heard about keto! Since changing my diet, I have endless energy (thank goddess) and my depression and anxiety have improved majorly. I wasn’t keto the entire year between these photos. I had bad days that turned into bad months and stalls that I never thought would end. All I can say is push through it! I’m now 179lb with a goal weight of 155-160lb. To everyone starting their weight loss journey, don’t overthink it! Make positive, healthy choices and you’ll be there in no time! Also if wanting to try keto, do tons and tons of research prior to starting. Keep your foods simple (meats, leafy green veggies, cheeses) and read every nutrition label until your in the swing of things! I hope this helps someone to spark a change they need!
