What exactly do you feel as you push baby out?

People always describe what labor feels like but don’t actually describe the whole pushing part... I’m curious.

Luckily I only pushed for 9 minutes and I had an epidural. But for me, the Lisbon wasn’t the hard part, it was the time in between pushing.l that sucked. You could feel the baby partially out and it was super uncomfortable. Once you pass the shoulders, it’s the craziest feeling as the kind of flop out.

I pushed for 4 mins so honestly all I felt was me pulling my legs back and pushing almost like poop

I was unmedicated with 3 of my labors, it’s a bunch of pressure like you have to really really poop. 
The ring of fire is the worse though. It’s exactly what it sounds like. A constant burning sensation, but once you push through that the baby slips right out. 
Each labor is different though, and everyone has a differ pain tolerance. 
With my first the contractions were the worst part 
#2 contractions were not bad but the ring of fire for him was the worst! 
#3 it was all “easy” meaning I stayed at home until it was time to push, and the ring of fire wasn’t that bad.

I’ve only ever had an epidural. With it, it just feels like a ton of pressure until baby is out. I’ve heard “ring of fire” without one, but I won’t be finding out 🤣
