DOG WON'T STOP BARKING!

I don't know if this group is the most accurate place to post this but it was the best of the ones I have. I need serious suggestions. We have 3 dogs. A pit mix and a beagle mix. We adopted a pure bred American pit that was going to go to a kill shelter if we didn't pick him up. He is 10 months old and has been with the same owner since birth. He is also not neutered but we plan to get him neutered. Since he's been here (3 weeks), he WON'T STOP BARKING if he's in the kennel. Hes 70 lbs and in an XL kennel in our living room only when he needs to be. We tried a spray bottle, shaking a can of coins, among other suggestions that my fiance has tried. I hate shock collars but we even tried that. It got to the point where no one could sleep or do ANYTHINGGGG. He's also abnormally hyper and when he's out of the kennel, he literally runs around and knocks everything over constantly. He has a bone in the kennel, as well as plenty of cushion and a sock toy. So I can't imagine he's uncomfortable or bored. Guys I'm at a loss. Its driving me maddddd.
