hCG at 566,000+ at 7w4d. Help!

So I’m freaking out a little. I’m 7w6d, and 2 days ago I went to the ER for bleeding and cramping. They did an ultrasound and saw a baby measuring 7w5d with a strong heart beat at 174bpm. They also saw a 12mm subchorionic hemorrhage, which they said was causing the bleeding. The doctor said that it should resolve itself and not to worry.

But then my beta hCG blood draw came back at over 566,000. And 2 days earlier it was only at 132,000. So it quadrupled in TWO DAYS. If you look up “hCG levels by week”, it caps out at about 288,000. I’m at double that. Here’s a graph of my levels:

I am really freaked out by this jump. The doctor said that usually this could be a cause for concern, but since they see a healthy baby they’re not worried. But I can’t help but worry. Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing and how was the outcome??

I see my regular OB tomorrow and I’m trying to keep the worry at bay until I can talk to her.
