I need your help

Today , I went to the court against my youngest daughter father for domestic violence with minor children. Her father is on restraining order for a year and the judge offered me to have parent plan with him for allowing to spend time with my daughter. I DIDN’T want him to be around or see her because he’s seeking his previous girlfriend who against him for domestic violence. I’m not allowing that b*tch to taking care of the baby or whatever it is. What should I do !?
