How long after VSG would you get a breast reduction?

I am 26 years old and 10 months post op from my VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) and have no children. I am down 69 lbs and went from a 38DD to a 34DDD. My back has gotten no relief from the smaller size and on some days it actually feels worse.

One more thing: did u see a doc for the pain it could be something else other than the boobs since it gets worse sometimes now.
