HOMOZYGOUS MTHFR anyone ???

I have homozygous MTHFR that is a blood clotting disorder that causes the neural tube to not form because your homocysteine levels are spiking instead of constant. I take methyl B12 for this.

Still not sure what the best protocol is for that. I was told it was the reason behind my miscarriages years ago when I actually COULD conceive. For 5 years I haven't been able to but he put me on 1 mg folic acid daily and baby aspirin. I don't take the baby aspirin because I do have an ulcer and was told to stop so I have two Drs telling me to do two different things. Anyway I've heard methylfolate and methyl B12 are best and I did that for a while but it's so expensive! I didn't conceive so figured it didn't make a difference for me. Have you ever conceived and carried to term with this?? My twin sister has it as well but carried two babies no problem.
