Not sure what kind of pain...Help!

Hi everyone! So I’ll get right into it. I just started my period for the month, and of course I’m having pain. But I was wondering if anyone else gets pain on what feels like the surface of the vulva. Not the skin but the layer of muscle/tissue right underneath. It’s very swollen and I am getting nauseous and crying form the pain. Is this my endometriosis or something different? I’ve been told I have myofascial pain, but I’m just not sure.
