TTC with Endometriosis

Has anyone conceived with endometriosis and 1 blocked Fallopian tube? I have stage 4 endo and hydrosalpinx, which means my left Fallopian tube is blocked. I am trying to conceive and I am just wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation.
