16 month old vomiting

Hi ladies

My daughter had a bit of a cold about a week and a half ago, we didn’t take her to the drs as she wasn’t too bad and we managed it ourselves with a bit of panadol and some tlc.. she was fine within a few days but ever since has vomited roughly once a day. Not sure if it’s related or if anyone else has experienced a toddler who started having a spew around this age? It’s not violent and she isn’t showing any other symptoms to suggest an illness so I’m at a loss as to why.. I’ve read it can be normal to expect vomiting in toddlers but she didn’t really do this prior to her cold, any advice or insight is welcomed
