Potty training advice!

My daughter is 17 months now and ive been trying to train her for a month now. She hates going to the bathroom. I tried giving her toys while she suts on the toilet or even let her watch cartoons on the phone, nothing seems to work. I take her about 3-4 times to the bathroom, should i try more often? Should I leave her without a diaper on in the house? How long does it take to potty train? What can i do to teach her? I start working full time in two weeks and I really was hoping to get her trained by then.
