Yeast infections

So I get yeast infections every so often. But I don’t have health care because I’m too old to be on my parents anymore so I can’t go to the doctor. I get them enough to know that I have one for sure. Monistat usually burns me, so that’s out. And some off brand one made it worse and I ended up getting a vaginal tear because of it. Does anyone know of a good way to get rid of a yeast infection that is cost friendly to a grad student making it paycheck to paycheck?
