Look up videos about it and practice twerking on your knees. Learning how to twerk really helped me with sex lol. There's also this move where you put your feet flat on the bed/floor/whatever you're on and you bounce that way. Kills my thighs, but my boyfriend loves it.

Riding always kills my thighs but it’s great 😭😂 I couldn’t really do it at first but practice makes perfect. You just have to be comfortable enough with your partner so you can practice on him. Don’t be embarrassed if it doesn’t work out that well. Sometimes I barely even feel anything because of the angle.

Omg girl try practicing by a mirror. It’s all about confidence because even if your not the best at it if your enjoying Im sure he will too. Just get a pillow and practice on the pillow while you look at the mirror see what ma your rhythm and what you feel looks good and most importantly how comfortable you feel. It’ll help and don’t worry about moving your hips like Shakira because let’s be real we’re not porn starts lmao.
