Ladies, I need lots of prayer for my husband right now. He is in deep depression and has started hurting himself. I have been down that road so I understand what he’s going through, but no matter what I do, he keeps insisting that he hates himself despite his great life and how amazing he is.

He says I’m the only thing keeping him from taking his life and that scares me so much.

He keeps trying to get in to see his therapist but they keep pushing the appointment out further and further. I don’t know what else to do at this point except pray. I couldn’t imagine living life without my best friend 💔
