EBF to Bottle

So my 5 month old has 2 teeth! Well she's starting to bite when she nurses and I'm also going to be going back to work soon. I still want to give her BM but in a bottle. I've tried Tommie Tippie, Avent, parents choice and dollar store bottles. All 1 slow flow nipples. She took the Tommie tippie when she was about 2 weeks and I had to supplement, but since then she's been EBF. Her doctor said to just let her get hungry enough that she'll take it, but that just frustrates her and makes her scream and cry. How do I get my child to take a bottle? FTM btw
