Sooo AF showed today.... my fiance and I have been trying for 3 years now and nothing. We know the issue and we thought we fixed it a year ago... he had a varicocele correction. Although his sperm count doubled his motility stood the same and this was done September 15th of last year. We are still not pregnant and I'm just about done. I'm all cried out and I feel hopeless. I've tried my best to remain strong for the both of us and hopeful but it's hard and I offer things to my fiance that might help but he doesnt want to do another SA. He stated he is tired of feeling like a lab rat.
