Slip up during ultrasound

So yesterday I went to a women’s center and did an model scan. They aren’t suppose to tell you the gender. However the lady doing it asked me if I had any other kids and I said yes a 2 year old son.

When the baby popped up on the screen she said “yup he’s in there” and then switch to “it” or “the baby”

It’s bugging me because idk if she accidentally said it because we were talking about my son just before...or if she accidentally told me the gender of my baby.

If I would have asked I knew she wouldn’t tell me because they aren’t suppose to.
