Bfp on IC but then negative??

Question

I am 2 days late for AF. Been spotting since Saturday and taking tests. So far they were all bfn. This evening I took an IC with a 4 hour hold. This line popped up in 3 minutes (photo taken at 3 minutes).  
I rushed to get a digital test but it says “no pregnant”. I took another IC with the exact same cup of urine and the second IC is bfn :( has this happened to anyone? Are false positives that common? 
I was so excited and now I feel heartbroken

Me too! I use easy@home. I got a faint (pink) positive 10 dpo just to get a negative 11dpo, and today, 12 dpo. Also took an frer 11 dpo and it was negative. I've used so many of the easy@home and never had a faint line so I'm like wtf... I'm just waiting to see if af is late. she is supposed to come tomorrow.
 All were with fmu and 5 min time frame. I even put a strip in water and no evap or indent so idk...
