5cm dilated, 35 weeks what is happening!!!

I'm going crazy. I'm scared cuz I'm still preterm and my doctor is sending me home tomorrow from the hospital. I've been here for 11 days and I can't believe I'm going home 5cm dilated after going into labor 3 times. I am so scared we aren't gonna make it back to the hospital in time. I feel so much pressure, baby is head down and low. I just want to get to 37 weeks please!! Should I be really worried to go home at 5cm dilated at almost 35 weeks?
