Anyone hesitant after miscarriage to tell spouse you are pregnant again??

I tell my husband EVERYTHING, every detail you name it I do not leave him out.  We miscarried and are not afraid to jump right back into it.  I’m not worried about getting pregnant again I’m worried about losing another and I wonder if I should just keep quiet...I think I’ll hurt him but how much more hurt would it be to get excited and be let down again 😕

There is nothing worse than going through something alone. If you did lose another baby (heaven forbid), when your sat there crying knowing he doesn't know what you're you going through again, do you think YOU could cope with that? He is your support system, and vice versa, no matter how hard the situation. Having said that, I know exactly how you're feeling as I felt the same, but like I said, you need each other. & condolences on your loss, wishing you a sticky bean ❤

I'm very nervous about telling him and then letting him down again. However I also know that if I don't tell him he will be very hurt. I decided that when u get a BFP I will tell him because I can control whether or not I tell him but can't control a miscarriage. If that makes sense.

After my first miscarriage I was so nervous to say the words out loud that I was pregnant. Of course I didn't want to do it alone, and I felt he should have the right to know so I did tell him right away. However, the first pregnancy I surprised him with a gift and the second one I silently handed him the positive test once he got home from work. He was excited which helped me get excited again, but then unfortunately at our first ultrasound we learned it had stopped developing. I'm already dreading the whole process of finding out and telling him again.
