My MIL comes in our bedroom to say good morning!

So I am not sure if I am overreacting as my husbamd says. My in laws are visiting us for 6 months. They have a separate bedroom on a different floor and we eat,play and stay together for all active hours. Except for when we come upstairs to sleep. That's the ONLY time I get to spend with my husband alone. Now my over possessive MIL comes to our floor fro her 6am prayers because prayer room is next to our bedroom. When she realises that we are awake or chatting or watching TV or even playing with my son. She comes in crashing in bedroom. She has done it multiple times. Without realizing that we just want to have a cuddly time together and she just doesn't get it. So fast forward today, she came in at 7ish. I was not fully awake so when she entered I just kept sleeping and basically dodnt acknowledge her. She chatted with my husband and then went in few minutes. But then my husband was like ...why didnt you acknowledge her and wish her good morning! I was like- because I wanted her to realize. And then he was all about how o disrespected her and how she only comes occasionally etc etc. I am not more annoyed with my husband than MIL. In my world , she should not enter a couple's bedroom regardless of reason. I'm so so irritated.
