My 1st pregnancy

This is my 1st pregnancy & I don't feel like I'm getting bigger or gaining more weight. I'm 18 weeks + 5 days & Ive def gained some weight being pregnant but up to now I feel like I'm staying the same weight/size the last few weeks.... lol whhyyyy
