Oral Thrush??

I think my baby has oral thrush. But I'm not sure.

I know nothing about thrush.

I'm hoping someone can help me.

How do I know for sure if it's thrush? (I'm going to include a picture)

If it is thrush how did she get it? I wash her pacifiers, wash her bottles and discard after an hour. Is it painful? Can wait until Monday when her Drs office is open or should I take her to the First Care tomorrow?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!

sorry not a great picture! she wouldn't hold still and started crying. By the way she is 8 weeks old, if that matters.
