Swelled up clitoris

My clitoris has suddenly just swelled up right before I could have sex cause my husband has been away for sometime ...my hubby thinks it's an allergy cause I took a bath with some tea tree oil last night and today boom! It was just uncomfortable and within 5 minutes it just suddenly become long and it protruded like.it's sooo uncomfortable and painful and I only see my gyna on monday. .please help out am dying of shame and pain...this is so embarrassing
