What would you do if a chick you used to be friends with was spreading rumors about you?

Me and this bitch I used to be best friends with had a falling out that ended in an argument. She’s now telling people I had an abortion to all these different guys... really pissing me off cause we live in a small town so everyone believes everything. Got the whole town thinking I’m getting abortions left and right. But I legit witnessed her snort coke off her bathroom sink so I’m really contemplating on telling people bout that if she wants to be a bitch 🤔
