Cycle question

I did three rounds of IUI. The last one was in April. My periods have always been regular and every 30 days. Now they are all over the place. Last month it was almost 2 weeks later so far this month it is 4 days late. I havent taken any medicine since April and the medicine didnt even mess with my cycle. Not sure if it even matters but my husband deployed in May so havent had sex either. Lol. Anyone else have fertility treatment mess with your cycle or have this happen?
