Awake and ready to play at night
Help! My LO is just shy of 5 months and wakes up without fail every night between 3-4 am. I feed her but then she is up and ready to stay up for the day....How can we get her to sleep through...or at least go back to sleep after a feed? We use white noise, sleep sack, in crib, pacifier, and consistent bedtime of 715. Any suggestions? We need sleep! 😂
