Advice

So I'm 24 weeks and havent gained any weight yet witch I'm happy about Haha but I feel the scales r lying because I deff look like I've gained weight , i have stretch Marks, my back is fatter belly is huge Haha. I don't understand Haha why is it like that if the scale isnt even moving. I'm not swollen or anything. Also I just realized a year later I still have a epideral bruise dot where they put it in, doesnt hurt but how a year later do I still have that Haha.
