TMI help!

So last week after sex it felt almost like I tore something down there (not a virgin and it wasn’t rough sex) it felt like it healed.. then yesterday I had sex again and started bleeding, it’s not my period as that isn’t due for another 8days and it’s not constant, pretty much just when I wipe. It doesn’t really hurt in general, pretty much just when I wipe. Any idea what could be going on?
