Low count for IUI

So finally I did my first

IUI

Friday at 2pm . I don’t want to think about it but I want to hear any good stories. My hubby SA after wash was very low 2 million with 31% motility he is 38 and I am 28 . I didn’t took any medication, it was no necessary for me doct said. I did had a little cramps the day of

IUI

but I don’t have nothing that all after that day . Nurse said we had couples that got pregnant even with this numbers but I don’t really believe that. Any suggestions what to do for my husband to increase his numbers.he is taking vit.C,D,Zink. CQ10 and ProFertile for men.
