TMI!!!

Okay so i get this once in a while. I know its not an std because i havent been with anyone else in the past 3 or more years and ive gotten checked and i know my partner hasnt been with anyone else either. About a year and a half ago i had BV while pregnant and yeast infection. Could it be the same thing all over again? Is it something i can get over the counter so i dont waste my time going to the gyno?
