Spotting no cramping

So Friday I discovered I’m pregnant with our third. A massive surprise for us both we weren’t actively trying. I have had thrush (I think ) on and off for about 2 weeks. Today had a little bit of red blood when I wiped nothing more. No cramps. Feeling very anxious also mood swings are full in today. Want to cry lol can someone reassure me please, I’m so scared I’m going to lose this baby. I never had this with my other two pregnancies. The blood isn’t there all the time.
