Ectopic pregnancy anyone??

So I'm scared no cramping no bleeding just my shoulders hurt on one side idk I'm scared it could be.. what you guys think?? Do you always bleed and cramp??

I had an ectopic last year. You should definitely check with your doctor, but from my understanding the shoulder pain is typically a later sign of an ectopic, as it indicates some internal bleeding. I would think you’d have some other signs, but don’t know for sure. I never had shoulder pain, but had period-like bleeding and cramping on my left side. They caught it when I was very early - only about 4 weeks.

I had spotting(5w) that turned to bleeding(6w) and cramps that progressively got worse it was an ectopic in my left tube and I would have been approx 7.5 weeks when they terminated

Fyi shoulder pain and pain on right side of tummy (behind ribs) are signs of gallbladder inflammation and possibly gallstones. Sometimes these odd pains can be such a wide variety of reasons but your dr can help diagnose!

It’s most likely gas, I’ve been feeling one sided sharp pains and they told me it was gas. Ultrasound showed a pregnancy in the uterus and I have had an ectopic in the past, but bled lightly with cramping.

Regardless of not bleeding or cramping please get it checked out ASAP to be sure. I say this coming from having to have surgery Friday to terminate and remove a ruptured tube. The signs were there I just never equated them to an ectopic pregnancy. I felt little tinges of shoulder pain but it almost felt like chest pain. I had super faint spotting that was a week apart so I honestly thought it was normal spotting then 3 am Friday everything escalated and I still didn’t go. I went in to the ER at 9:30am by 12:00 pm I was being wheeled into the OR. I hope all is well with you but please get it checked out.
