Positive Pregnancy Test 7 weeks after miscarriage

Wondering if anyone else had had a similar situation —

I had a missed miscarriage July 31st and D&C the next day, I was 6 weeks pregnant.

I have yet to have my period, but for tracking purposes started taking ovulation tests last week. Today I had my 8th day of peak fertility using clear blue advanced digital ovulation tests and read online some women had this happen when they were pregnant... so I decided to take a test, and it appears very positive.

I don’t “feel” pregnant, and with not having had a period since the miscarriage I have no idea where I’m at in my cycle.. I’m nervous to get my hopes hope, wondering if it’s just my hormones regulating or am I pregnant??
