Help please

**possible trigger**

I had my MC on 9/4. And passed huge clots as well as sac with baby and all... Last week however showed I had a clot still inside So I'm scheduled for D&C tomorrow ( Tuesday) my question is.. If I ovulated this weekend and hubby and I dtbd this weekend as well is it possible to conceive and not have D&C affect it , since I know it takes a couple days to a week for fertilized egg to travel down and implant. I know this is unlikely , and may be reaching , but just curious if this has happened to any of you ?
