Can someone explain to me??

I am so confused & feel this glow app is wrong..March 19th was the day I had my D&C due to miscarriage but before that I've always been 32dc for my period. How is my average 30 days when in June my period started at 40 days?? Calendar wise when should I REALLY be ovulating this month?? It says for August I should start on the 15th but from June 7(start) to July 16(start) was 39 days apart. I feel like I shouldn't be ovulating til next week even though it said this past week I was but no sight of Ewcm. Please no rude comments..just need insight here :) thanks!!

The 30 day average cycle is because if you add up the length of all your cycles and divide by the number of cycles, you get 29.8. Since your cycle seems to be irregular, I wouldn't consider myself late until I was over a week late.

Yeah I know not to take it all by what it says and rather just listen to my body when ov day comes. I guess I am just a little confused with how it's figuring my cycle and how my Average is 30 days but then last month I had a 39 day cycle. So pretty much guess my next period would start by 30 days or later? And no I'm not charting or using opk's since we aren't trying trying..just not preventing. :) I suppose I should just stop worrying about all this lol

Glow is an estimate.. It's not set in stone with your calendar it can always change. It changes with the information that you put in. Do u do opk? Or bbt?
