I recently accepted that I suffer from anxiety and depression and chose to take the steps into addressing it. I began going to therapy. My first dr was absolutely awful, she made me more depressed and even more anxious. I immediately began drinking more and going south fast. I then ordered books online and started some some selfhelp. I began my search for a new therapist and now found the one that works the best for me ! I want you to know that therapy is helpful but sometimes you have to give a few a try. It will be a process but keep pushing! ❤️❤️
