Managing work and diarrhea in early pregnancy

Wondering how other ladies have managed this before when it comes to work. I’m a therapist so I don’t have the type of job where I can just get up as needed and go to the bathroom. Rather, it will be pretty embarrassing and obvious if I have to excuse myself from a session and especially if this needs to happen more than once. I know I can’t take Imodium so I’m not sure how to handle this...
