Uterine synechaie @ 22 weeks pregnant

I went today for my antonym scan. I was told the baby is perfectly healthy but I was adhesions at the bottom of my uterus. They are sending me to a fetal medical specialist. Has anyone had this? I can’t find much online about it. Freaking out a little even though the doctor said not too.
