Hi Ladies,

My LO is 4 months and is pretty much sleeping through the night. (8pm-4:30/5am) He usually wakes up once and will go back to sleep until 8am.

So my questions is what do you ladies do as far as feeding/pumping overnight? Our last feed is around 7-7:30PM. Sometimes I’ll pump before I go to bed around 10pm, but then from the time he goes to bed and the time he wakes up my breasts are extremely full and I sometimes wake up with milk leaks. Will my supply decrease if I go so long without pumping overnight? Should I be waking up and pumping?
