Am I pregnant

My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex and he has not pulled out for over a year. After I got the implant but even with birth control I could still get pregnant. We know that it isn’t the smartest choice but oh well. I haven’t gotten my period in over a year and I have been having weird cravings for food I don’t normally like. Food I normally love has been making me sick. I have thrown up a few times without a reason. (I didn’t feel sick before throwing up) I have been peeing a lot more than usual and I haven’t changed my fluid intake. How long do y’all recommend for me to wait to take a test?
