Fishy?

Okay so sorry this is TMI for sure, but anyone else experience a bit of an”fishy” odor pre period? It’s happened a handful of times now but idk what it means. Perhaps just natural pH balances and what not. I shower daily, (sometimes twice!) so no risk of being just dirty...anyone else experience this?

Dont use soap down there! Itll smell cleaner tbh. Soap doesnt balance your ph, it throws it off completely. And in some cases this can just lead to a bad smell, but it can leave you with bacterial vaginosis. :(

Could be BV. It happens they give you an antibiotic for it. Don’t use scented soaps or any products down there like douches ect. Vaginas are self cleaning and soaps ect can mess up your PH balance.

My sister used to, and it was terrible. She ended up finding a soap to clean herself with that didnt throw off her ph balance and it did help so much!
