Intense cramps

So last night,

We had sex and I knew my period was going to start either that night or next day ( this morning). But for last night I noticed my “cum” was faintly pink. But you had to go inside and wipe to notice. Anyway long story short my craps are more intense than normal. I shouldn’t be worried right ? Or did last night just fully kick start everything?
