Nursing Bras - too early to buy?

I want more comfy bras (I’m 21 weeks along) but I don’t want to buy more when I start pumping or nursing. Can I buy nursing bras now? I think I remember the Sales associate at nordstroms telling women they don’t usually buy them before the baby’s born, but is that true? I kinda felt like she just wanted to sell me bras twice...

I’ve been wearing a nursing bra since I was about 12 weeks! 
My boobs are big to begin with but got huge fast! I was spilling out of my bras so went to a fitting and the woman recommended a nursing bra as they are the same as a maternity one but you can also use it once the baby’s here x

I’ve been wearing nursing bras since early on in my pregnancy! My boobs are too big to find sizes in any store besides Motherhood and frankly, I think they’re so much more comfortable than regular bras. I say go for it!

My boobs grew so quick that I got a pack of 5 on amazon for like $20 at like 12 weeks and they are so freaking comfortable! My boobs haven’t been happier since I wear them all the time, doesn’t even feel like I have a bra on but they are so supportive. It’s weird but amazing

Also started buying at 12 weeks as grew out of all of mine! Have since gone up another cup size. No point having to buy more bras for nursing when baby comes 🤷🏼‍♀️

Question: are the necessary? Because my boobs have swelled up, but not necessarily grown. I’m a 34DD and I’ve had no problem still wearing my regular VS bras.

I got nursing bras at 12 weeks because they grow with you and are so comfy! My boobs grew really fast so I got something that would fit long term with support that felt good!
