Had to go to L&D today

While I was taking a shower today I felt completely out of breath, my chest felt tight and my heart started racing. Everything started to go black but I hurried and got out of the shower as fast as I could. I felt extremely weak and tired so I sat down for about 10 minutes and felt a little better. I was thinking maybe anxiety or the baby was pushing on my diaphragm which was making it hard to breathe? Tried blow drying my hair and still felt super weak so I called my doctors office and the nurse told me to go to L&D. They monitored baby and myself. I felt better once I got there but I was having little contractions so they decided to check me and I’m dilated to a 2 and I’m 31w3d. 😳 they let me go home but told me to be very careful and take it easy. 😥 it was super scary but I’m glad everything is okay.
