My husband and I were comfortable doing pull out method for 6 years. Never had any scares.  Didn’t get pregnant until actively ttc. However I would never in a 100 years risk pull out methods with casual relationships. My husband and I knew the risks but were completely okay with it.

We are a RARE case... once we got married we switched to pull out method because condoms really hurt me, and while we weren’t trying for kids, we were 100% willing to accept pregnancy if it happened (we wanted to wait a little longer before trying but would have been thrilled if it happened).   We didn’t get pregnant until we actually started trying and we got pregnant the first month, miscarried and then pregnant the second month of trying after the miscarriage.  
As a birth control method I would 100% not recommend, but if you are in a position where having children is an option, use it.

I personally never will. My fiancé and I use birth control and the pull out method together. But, I’ve got two friends who got pregnant this way. One had been using the pull out method for 5 years with her fiancé and never got pregnant or even had a scare. She was 100% sure he’d pulled out too and was shocked when she was late. My other friend is also sure her husband pulled out. They’d been using the pull out method for about a year with no scares. Now both of them have adorable children. Thankfully, they were both using only the pull out method because they were ok with getting pregnant if it happened. If you cannot handle a baby at this time in your life get on birth control.

I hated the pill. It killed my sex drive and made it super hard to orgasm. After having our (planned) daughter, we decided not to go back to BC. We’ve been using pull out method or condoms during my fertile week. Baby girl is a year old and doesn’t have a sibling yet, so it’s worked for us, haha. We do plan to have more kids eventually though, so we’d be fine if it fails. 
It’s not foolproof, but it’s worked for us.

Before I was on birth control we never even got him close to cumming inside. If he started feeling like he was going to he would pull out and I would finish him off with a hand job. Now on birth control, we still don’t trust it completely so he pulls out. I had a friend who got pregnant off of pre-cum when she was pretty young (14) and it’s because she had no sex education and didn’t know better. So yes you can get pregnant off of precum! And many people get pregnant on birth control so it’s just about being extra safe. I think it is very easy NOT to get pregnant. You just have to be smart about sex!
