Anyone else have a routine after ET?
My doctor recommends 75-100g of protein starting at transfer, so I start the day with my shake. Last IVF, I read that eating 1/5 of a pineapple (including the core) for 5 days has the potential to help implantation due to it's high level of bromelain. Also, a handful of Brazil nuts and 1 cup pomegranate juice per day for at least the first 5 days. I also mix in 1 cup coconut water...because I like it. I eat about one avocado a day and a hard boiled egg. Then veggies and another protein at dinnertime....and fruit for dessert... and maybe a cookie too lol. I have no clue if there's any real science behind this, but I feel good. I did this kind of stuff last time as well. My acupuncturist told me last cycle to stay warm. Don't eat a lot of cold foods and stay as stress free as possible. Anyone else out there do stuff like this after a transfer?
