Ovary pain?

Ovary "twinges" of pain. And headaches. I'm on cycle day 5. Taking letrozole CD 3-7. 2nd month ttc with letrozole. Had a monstrous period this time after no AF for 6 months.

OMG yes! I am on 5mg of letrozole this cycle and am currently on my CD5 and taking letrozole cd3-7. My left side is cramping so bad and my right kind of. It’s kind of miserable. I wasn’t sure if it was normal but I have an ultrasound on Saturday so i was going to wait to see then. I’m hoping for good news because the 2.5mg didn’t do anything.

Same here. Second cycle with letrozole 2.5 mg. I’m 9 DPO today is cycle day 21. I had ovulation cramping I ovulated on cycle day 12 which was September 13th. It’s felt like menstrual cramping but a little worse. Only for like an hour. Tested today and got a negative 😔
